Simplifico is all about making teamwork simple. Whether it’s facilitating workshops, providing training, or coaching individuals, I help teams and professionals achieve better collaboration, clearer decisions, and tangible results.

Simplifico primarily focuses on the Dutch market, but I can also help you in English. Having completed my studies bilingually and worked extensively in both Dutch and English at Maastricht University in recent years, I’m well-equipped to support teams and organizations in either language.

About Me

I’m Tom Nobbe, founder of Simplifico. My journey into facilitation started over 20 years ago, inspired by my first experience of how ineffective team meetings can be. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping teams work together more efficiently and effectively.

With a background in Information Science (Tilburg University), I’ve worked in various roles, including organizational consultant, project manager, and program manager. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in group dynamics, conflict resolution, and facilitation through renowned programs like Workshopper Master and Facilitating Fundamentals.

Outside of work, I value giving back to the community through board roles in local organizations and cherish time with my family.

• 15 Workforms for €30: An online module introducing 15 practical workforms to immediately enhance your meetings.

• Facilitation for Professionals: Learn the fundamentals of facilitation, including theory, techniques, and tools, in an engaging in-company training.

• Effective meetings: A unique combination of training and workshop designed to help teams make their meetings more effective in just half a day.

1-on-1 coaching

For individuals looking to deepen their facilitation skills, I offer personalized coaching tailored to your goals and needs.
